Armature Technologies LLC is ready to provide post-warranty service for valves previously purchased from us, as well as minor, medium and major repair of shut-off and control pipeline valves with parameters DN up to 1200 mm; PN up to 63 kgf/cm².

The company employs qualified specialists and has machining, painting and test bench equipment for testing shut-off and control valves during incoming inspection and after repair.

The warehouse maintains a sufficient quantity of components and spare parts for pipeline valve repair, as well as complete valves.

All completed work is covered by a warranty.

Major repair of pipeline valves includes:

• Agreement of technical repair specifications with the Customer
•  Delivery of valves requiring repair to the site
•  Complete disassembly of the product
•  Sandblasting cleaning of body parts
•  Preparation of defect report for components
•  If necessary – machining of sealing surfaces of the closure and flange connection surfaces
•  If necessary – build-up welding of sealing surfaces
•  If necessary – lapping of sealing surfaces of the closure
•  Replacement of defective and consumable parts and materials
•  Testing for operability, strength, tightness and leak-tightness on a test bench
•  Painting and preservation
•  Recording completed work in assembly and testing documentation
•  Issuing work completion certificate with product warranty
•  Shipment of repaired products to the Customer
