Hydraulic Testing

Armature Technologies LLC performs hydraulic testing of:

• flanged pipeline valves
• wafer type DN50–1200 mm and weld-end DN50–600 mm

Testing is carried out on certified test benches series HT-165-24 and AT.01.002.00.00.

Tests are performed with water (maximum allowable pressure of the HT-165-24 bench up to 10 MPa) and air promptly within one day with issuance of a test report.

Our specialists have 20 years of experience and, if necessary, can repair pipeline valves that failed testing.

We carry out installation and adjustment of electric actuators followed by pressure testing of pipeline valves assembled with the actuator.

All types of work and pricing are agreed with the customer.
