LLC “Armature Technologies” is ready to provide you with services of post-warranty servicing of valves previously purchased from us as well as services for minor, medium and major repair of shut-off and control pipeline valves with parameters DN up to 1200 mm; PN up to 63 kg/cm².

Limited Liability Company “Armature Technologies” has in its staff qualified specialists, machining equipment, painting equipment and equipment for testing shut-off and control valves during incoming inspection and after repair.

The company warehouse has a sufficient quantity of components and spare parts for repair of pipeline valves as well as the valves themselves.

A warranty is provided for all completed works.

Major repair of pipeline valves includes:

• Agreement of the technical assignment for equipment repair with the Customer
• Delivery of the pipeline valves requiring repair to the site
• Complete disassembly of the product
• Sand-blasting cleaning of body parts of the product
• Preparation of a defect report for parts
• If necessary machining of sealing surfaces of the valve; connecting surfaces of flanges
• If necessary surfacing of sealing surfaces
• If necessary lapping of sealing surfaces of the valve
• Replacement of defective and consumable parts, materials
• Testing for operability, strength, tightness and sealing on the test bench
• Painting and preservation
• Recording of performed works in the assembly and testing card
• Preparation of the act of completed works with issuance of a warranty for the product
• Shipment of repaired products to the Customer address
